The QUEST Alliance’s newsletter featured the design research study that Quicksand did for One World South Asia. A Teacher Helpline was being piloted in rural West Bengal to provide government school teachers with an information and knowledge support system. Quicksand did a preliminary study that established how the system needed to be designed, keeping in mind the interests of the various stakeholders.
