Landmark Stores’ publishing arm, Westland Books, approached Quicksand to design the book covers for a Gerald Durrell series they were relaunching. Gerald Durrell is best remembered for writing a number of books based on his life as an animal collector and enthusiast and so the illustrations were inspired from the book’s content and his life’s work. Quicksand did the design, illustration & artwork for 17 book titles under this series – published below are a few of them.
