Rachit Shah is a Human Centred Designer. His expertise lies in leading design and innovation projects in the humanitarian and development fields. Previously he has worked for International Rescue Committee (IRC) in Jordan, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) in Kenya and Design without Borders in Uganda. He has also undertaken consultancy projects in Uganda for World Food Programme (WFP) and another project funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Children’s Innovation Fund Foundation (CIFF).
Prior to entering this field, Rachit was working as a product designer for medical devices in Ireland. He holds an MSc. in Medical Device Design from National College of Arts and Design (NCAD, Ireland) and a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from University of Pune (UoP, India).
