Quicksand was commissioned by PATH, Seattle to conduct a user experience (UX) research informing successful and relevant product strategies for low cost household water treatment and storage (HWTS) products targeted at base of the pyramid markets.

Cisco approached us to develop a vision for a web service hosted on the cloud, that would facilitate remote interactions between a diverse set of stake-holders in the education sector in India.

Quicksand has been working with IDEO - a leading design consultancy in Palo Alto - since early 2006 managing and facilitating design research for them in India.
UNDP: Design Thinking & Crafts
Quicksand engaged with the United Nations Development Program & Ministry of Tourism, Government of India to conceptualize and host a day-long product innovation + brand development workshop for rural artisans under the Explore Rural India initiative.
One World South Asia: Innovation in Education Technology
Quicksand worked with One World South Asia, an international non-profit, on “The Lifeline For Education” program in West Bengal in India. We conceptualized and designed a technology enabled platform connecting different stakeholders in the rural West Bengal education ecosystem.
